Larson Employees on the line

Our Employees Come First

It’s truly our people that make the difference.

While that may sound cliché, consider that nearly 25% of our employees have been with LARSON for twenty years or more.  With less than a two percent turnover rate, a fraction of the industry average, the people at LARSON pride themselves on longevity.

“We strive to be the best in the industry and we attribute our success to a strong workforce. We’re fortunate to have such talented and dedicated employees working with us,” President and CEO Jeff Rief said.

For LARSON employees, sharing and giving back is not just a motto, it’s a way of life.

LARSON employees volunteer their time, talents, and resources to over 100 different non-profit organizations in their local communities, with major interests in the United Way, American Red Cross, Court Appointed Special Advocates, Junior Achievement, Boys and Girls Clubs, and Habitat for Humanity.

They are board members and elected officials. They serve in the military, on volunteer fire departments and emergency response teams. They coach little league and are active in their churches and community schools. They give of their time and resources to improve the lives of those around them.

The dedication and loyalty of our employees directly impacts the success of the company and the quality of our products. Our people strive to live out the company vision, mission, and values, making a difference in the lives of our communities, each other, and our customers.
